Our Houses

People in recovery need stable housing where they can focus on personal growth. Beautiful homes in safe neighborhoods provide the foundation for fresh starts.  Each resident is required to help with chores, follow house rules and work their recovery.

RECOVERY HOME

A recovery home is a shared living environment free from alcohol and illegal drug use, centered on peer support and connection to services to promote recovery from substance use disorders. There is a live-in, trauma informed house manager that provides the personal support and structure for successful recovery.

REUNIFICATION HOME

The reunification homes are smaller units within our clean and sober community. These one or two bedroom units are available to our residents with children or spouses. By renting within the Grace Prosper Housing Foundation community, our families are able to provide safe and secure housing to be reunited with their children, while still being in a supportive family environment to help them work their recovery.

MAT-accepted and capable

MAT stands for Medication Assisted Treatment also known as Medically Assisted Recovery and applies to people with opioid use disorder. The idea behind this term is supporting the person's use of prescribed medication to assist in their recovery, along with psychosocial services and recovery support services, like group meetings. Grace Prosper Housing Foundation accepts MAR/MAT patients and provides appropriate measures to safely secure these important tools that are prescribed and administered through a physician.

NARR is a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding the availability of well-operated, ethical and supportive recovery housing. NARR has developed the most widely referenced national standard for the operation of recovery residences.
